“We can also use the steps to improve our attitudes.”Many times in recovery if we are not showing an attitude of gratitude, we are not working the steps of recovery.

Keep it simple.

Gratitude for me today Is about action … Obstacles have been getting in the way making it difficult to find very little gratitude… Like just not following thru with my thoughts makes me grateful

  2. Chloeb says:

My sponsor told me early on if my day is “bad” or something is wrong to write a gratitude list.. When I look at things written I’m able to see how grateful because there is always someone who has it worse..I thank God everyday for another day of sobriety and am so grateful for this program.. When I was drinking I was miserable and pissed off all the time and being grateful for anything was unheard of.. I’m thankful for each of you reading this because you “get me” and I’m a different person today because of you people, aa, and my higher power…if you’re new.. Stick around and the miracles of the promises will come true!!

  3. Law says:

My Attitude is directly proportional to my level of Gratitude.

  4. Brad says:

Gratitude helps me a lot with everyday things
Anxiety attacks work my wife pretty much name it
If it wasn’t for gratitude I’d probly be takin the Xanax
The doctor tried to give me gratitude is a much better
    Solution and workin the steps

    • COD says:

When I feel that way the best thing for me to do is go to meetings. Stay away from the Xanax in my opinion more meetings will work for me . I will have for years in 10 days and two solid 9090’s in a row set my foundation for this whole program . God bless you all.
